At this time, my son is in eighth standard and his hobby is to play cricket. I just want to get admission in sports school next year. Please tell me how should i prepare?

You have to understand a difference between Cricket as a hobby and cricket as a profession. If you wish your son to get into any Cricket Academy/School you have to understand that he might take it as a career option. If it is so, then it a serious issue as he will get into a professional sphere. Firstly, you son has to go through training under a good coach on a regional basis. From there he will be sent to play district level matches. Gradually based on his performances, he will be sent for State Level matches. Once he reaches there, there will be options for getting selected in the National Cricket Academy. Your son has to rise to the top by following successive steps, there is no shortcut to success.
