If i fail in 12th class, so can i repeat 12th class, so school fees are allow or not or only form fees are applicable?

Yes, you can repeat 12th class, if you are failed in the Class 12th.

You will have to pay registration fees for Board Exams again as you will be enrolled again for next year exams.

You will have the option to choose between Regular candidate and Private candidate.

If you are registering as a Private candidate, then you don't need to attend regular classes of school. You just have to give exams at the end.

Being a private candidate, you will get enough time for exam preparation and you can utilize it for attending your coaching classes.
