I have quallified in jee.also i have sent all the required documents at iit kanpur via speed post .but when i logged in to the jee online portal it is showing not recieved in document status. i m really tensed

You don't need to worry about your certificates. Because, sometimes it will take more time than the mentioned time to deliver your post. If you think that has been already delivered and not showing the status online, then you can contact the Dean of admissions, IIT Kanpur.
The following are the ways in which you can contact the Dean

If the response is not received, then you can visit the post office from where you have made a post, then you can ask them to track the status of the post, by showing the receipt, which was given to you when you did a speed post.
