You can change from one ISC school to another ISC school and it is possible. You get migrated when you are switching from one state board to another state board and in that case you need to show a migration certificate which is issued by your previous education board along with a mark sheet, character certificate, and school leaving certificate.

In case of transfer from one school to another school in the same state you just need a transfer certificate along with a mark sheet, character certificate, and school leaving certificate from your last school.
