Hello sir I live in Amritsar, I want admission in iit how much percent required for admission and how much admission fees?

You need good marks in class 12th plus performance in JEE Main and Advanced to become eligible for admission in IITs. Hence, you should try to score top marks in the entrance exam as well because merely class 12th marks will not be enough.

The fee for IIT admission is same as private colleges. There is no difference in fee and you have to pay around 90000 rupees per year excluding other charges.

To get admission in IIT you have to appear in the Entrance Exam know as JEE Mains And Advanced that is conducted by CBSE every year.

Minimum percentage that is needed is 50% and 45% for SC/ST.

Age 17-25 years.

The fee structure of IIT is increased upto Rs 2,00,000 per annum. You can take education loan in case you are not able to pay fees of IIT.
