Hello everyone, I am very much confused. I have scored only 42.27% marks in my 10th Board exam of BSEB Board. I live in Gaya and want to secure admission for Science stream in Intermediate. Kindly let me know that with this percentage of marks, I can get Science or not?

You need to apply for admission at schools which have low cut off if you are looking for admission in science stream. There will be higher cut off at reputed schools and it will be difficult to get admission with 42.27% marks in class 10th.

For science stream your marks in class 10th science and maths will matter the most. Just make sure you have got good marks on these two subjects.

Yes, it is possible to study Intermediate Science stream after completion of your 10th standard with 42.27% aggregate marks from BSEB Board. Candidates who have passed 10th standard or an equivalent examination in all subjects from a recognised board are eligible to pursue Intermediate Science stream. Admissions to Intermediate Science course are done through merit basis of 10th standard board examination marks or through admission test conducted by the respective school.
