Sir, my grandson is studying in class 9th in ICSE Board School. If the school issues the TC with registration which has already been done, whether the student can be admitted to another school of ICSE Board at class 9th with the same registration. Kindly inform me at the earliest with some documents, if possible. This is very urgent. Kindly do the needful.

After completion of registration process it is not allowed to change school.
Any school doesnot allow for admission in class 9th and 10th and also not through transfer certificates.
Your child have to stay in the same school in which he is in present days.

Your grandson is not eligible to get transfer to another school as because registration is already done. And after registration no any school allows new student for admission.
In almost every school admission are done till 8th class.
That is why your grandson have to stay in same school till completion of 10th board.
