On applying for Improvement exam in ISC Board, do I have to give the full session fee or only the ISC registration fee? Kindly inform me.

You will have to submit only the re-examination fee per subject along with any other registration fee, if required by the school itself. You will however, not have pay the whole session fee anyhow.

No, you will not have to pay the full session fee for improvement examination for your 12th ISC board. You will only have to pay the examination fee as prescribed by the school and council and then can be very much eligible to appear for your boards.
