Under which all circumstances a student is treated as NRI student?


If my daughter finishes her schooling in Kuwait and want to do graduation in Tamil Nadu then will she be considered as NRI student or can she come under normal category?

NRI ( non residential Indian ) person who don't have Indian citizenship are known as NRI.
If you have a citizenship of any other country you will know as NRI.
