Sir I have lost my duplicate copy of school leaving certificate but I have photocopy of the same. What should I do to get triplicate copy of school leaving certificate, the school has refusing to issue me

Hi, first execute an affidavit stating the circumstances in which the LC is lost, plus you have to give particulars of LC in the affidavit itself.
At the end of the affidavit, pls mention that this affidavit is prepared for obtaining the duplicate LC from the schools record.

So, you can request your school for the same and if they are not listening than you can complain regarding it to the concerned officials of education department.
