Would I get my second TC from ISC Board?
I am doing B.Sc 1st year and i want my second transfer certificate from my school of isc board for b.Tech 1st year. Would i get it ?

There is nothing like a second transfer certificate. However, if you have lost your transfer certificate, you will need to write an application to the principal of your 12th school and receive it after paying a certain fee specified by the school.
