Can I apply for UPSC Mains exam after doing graduation from mumbai University
for IRS officer exam, Can I apply for UPSC main exam, i have done graduation from mumbai university, and what is the date for collecting the forms and from where i have to collect application form.

I have passed my 12th this year.I want to give upsc exam.Shall i should do B.Sc to focus more on upsc exams or shall i should do engineering.
