To get into IPS(Indian Police Service), you need first apply for Civil Service examination conducted by UPSC.

You will only eligible for Civil service examination, if you are an Indian, have a graduate degree, and age between 21-32 years.

As you in 1st year of you BBA, you have enough time to prepare for civil service examination.

You can start preparation now because it has a very vast syllabus.

You should take a good coaching for a better understanding of whole concept of the syllabus and prepare for the same.
