In the southern part of India the Tamil Nadu Open University is availing the facility of distance learning in various courses like BBA. In the first year of this course the students have to study Financial and Management Accounting Paper.

Division of the paper:

The paper of Financial and Management Accounting is broadly divided into two parts, namely the Theory part and the Internal Assessment part. The theory paper is set up by the University and offers two sections, namely Section A ands Section B.

Paper Pattern:

The theory paper has two section, A and b. Section A has a maximum of five main questions, and candidates can attempt any three, out of these five. Similarly, Section B offers a total of seven main questions, and candidates can attempt any four, out of these seven.

Markings:

The total mark of the paper is one hundred. The theory part offers a total of seventy-five marks, and the Internal Assessment offers a total of twenty-five marks. Each of the main questions in the first section is Short answer based and carries five marks, and each of the main questions in the second section is Essay answer types and carries a maximum of fifteen marks.

Time allotted for Examination:

The maximum time allotted for the exam is three hours.
