In 1995 I have passed T.Y.B.com. I am interested to join the Company secretary, what is the procedure to join the correspondence course of cs,fees & duration of cs.

yes you can join cs course,

procedure for cs course:

as you have passed b.com you can directly join cs executive program of icsi,
as per notifictaion of icsi graduates can directly apply for executive program,

get registered with icsi on their websit icsi.edu

or can be manually also by downloading registration form from net,

fee structure for executive course is 9000,
duration of cs course is :

9months for executive course
15months training
then cs professional program of 3 modules

it approx takes 4 years to be a company seceratory

if you get registered online then you have to send all documents digitally
