What is the qualification required for group C and D?

For group C and group D minimum eligibility is 3 year diploma in any technical specialization and above like B.E, M.E also Bsc iT or in any technical specialization will do.
And for Group D Iti, Diploma and above are eligible also 12th with technical subjects are allowed, as it is for technician level non executive post.
