There is absolutely no problem if you have given 12th board examinations from NIOS board. It will be a problem or not, that depends on company’s policy and frankly, the recruiter.
There are surely some people who look down upon NIOS qualified students but setting their mentality on the right track is not in your hands. Your performance and knowledge are the only two things that are in your hand and you should focus on them primarily. I am more concerned about your 12th percentage than your 12th board because many companies ask for higher percentages than 63% in boards.
But, also many companies just recruit in masses so you must not get de-motivated to try. Keep your spirits up.

Yes definitely you can apply for course or job being nios student.

National institute of open schooling (nios) provides certificates which is equivalent to any board cerrification.
It would be treated equally like centrak or statw board
Nios cerrification would never create a peoblwm for applying any course or work in mnc company.it would have equal importance.

Short: Yes

Brief:
See, Bro that depends on the company's T&C and Recruiter,

You will definitely need a bad-ass portfolio and some great communication skills
to impress those recruiters.

So you kinda work your way out.
