Eligibility to apply for scholarship under OBC NCL Minority?


Sir,
I belong to minority category? But, in the undertaking form,
it has been said that seats are reserved for OBC NCL MINORITY?
I would like to get the criteria for this category scholarship?

I was admitted in nit,raipur in civil branch in general category in 2014, but I belong to obc( ncl) from bihar.presently studying in 2 nd year & got 5 th rank in class. I wish to get scholarship. Please advice.
