Yes you will get government jobs after your diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

You can check your state electricity board website for vacancies.
There are openings in the government public sector undertakings like NTPC etc for diploma holders.
You have to check the website of each company for the recruitment.

You can also write the state public service commission examinations.
