heyyy. ….. i am electrical engineer……i bout scope of electrical………. wat all dis person said it shows dat he has no relation wid electrical engineering…. it has a scpoe bt money wise nt much growth as in construction elect comes after mech and civil….. and if u want to go to switchgear u might get marketing job…anyways ders nt much to do rnd iin dat….. even a power plant requires more mechanical dan electrical…..
der are many companies…best in india is
Lnt, punjloyd,abb, der are many design firms like petrofac,mott, uday india for oil and gas etc…… if u get psu its best… lots of mone and no work…… bt difficult to get in becoz of quota……
SIR , is there any scope 2 getting a job in abroad after completing b.tech in electrical engg., plz suggest something about it.
No electrical engineering does not have good scope in india ,
primary reasons are:-
1)if you want to join psu then it’s fine they need programmed robots who can do repetitive work in short if you think you don’t expect to see much in your carrier then it’s fine go for that boring job.Almost all psu are govt backed and does not require any specials skills(except clear an exam),there engineers and primitive when it comes to technology.
2)Private industry is doomed and the market of transformer and induction motor is taken by china , it’s in double digit negative growth
3) No R&D in electrical engineering (there is some improvements in electronics though) ,govt organistation like drdo,….. who can’t even make SDR after spending 100 crs in the project and then later ordering it from somewhere else.
4)No challenging work or projects in india, MOST of the electrical engineers are dumb and does not have ability to innovate anything they can’t see beyond switchgears.
