Yes, you are applicable for the course of Master in Town Planning as the Minimum eligibility criteria for master degree in town planning through distance colleges are :

** Candidate must hold either a B.Arch/ B.Planning or B.E in Civil Engineering with a 60% for general and 50% for SC/ST/OBC.

** Candidate should be preferably be GATE qualified.

** Age should be 21+
