I am studying in 4th yr LLB. from Mumbai university. I have taken admission in first year B.com from Mumbai University. Now Mumbai university is asking for NOC. So i want to confirm if i can study LLB and B.Com simulatenously.

You can't pursue two regular degrees at the same time. If one is correspondence then you can manage both at the same time but in case of clash of exams you will face a lot of problem.

Therefore, if both are regular courses then you will not be allowed to pursue both course at the same time. Also, law degree is a regular course and you can't do it in distance mode.
