What will be aiims mbbs application date and entrance exam date for session starting from the next year 2016?

Aiims Application forms are available in the month of April every year.

Exam date is 1st June ,2016
Result - last week of June,2016
Session starts from mid August.

Important dates for AIIMS MBBS Exam 2016 :

Submission of Application Form will begin from March 2016 .

Last Date for submission of the Application Form will be April 2016.

Admit Card will be available from May 2016.

Results will be announced on June 2016.

AIIMS stands for the All India Institute of Medical Science. AIIMS conducts its own entrance examination for the undergraduate medical course MBBS.

The entrance exam is online computer based test of 3.5 hours duration and consists of questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge.

The notification for the AIIMS 2016 entrance exam for MBBS is not yet released. The notification is generally released in the first week of March of every year. After that you can apply online if you meet the eligibility criteria of exam.

The full form of AIIMS is All India Institute of Medical Science. AIIMS conducts its own entrance examination other than AIPMT conducted by CBSE.

Only those candidates who have done 10+2 from a recognized board with science stream and subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology can apply for the AIIMS entrance exam. Those appearing for the 10+2 exams in 2016 can also apply for the AIIMS 2016 entrance exam.

AIIMS has not yet released the important dates for online application for 2016 exam. Hence you must wait for the notification, from previous year trends, the notification is most probably out in March of every year and examination is conducted in June.

# The other eligibility conditions required for AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination are:

* Must be 10+2 in PCB stream from a recognized board or equivalent.
* Candidate of General category must have obtained minimum 60% marks.
* Candidate of reserved category must have obtained minimum 50% marks.
* Must have attained the age of 17 years on or before 31.12.2016 at the time of admission.

# Details about AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination:

* Maximum marks for computer base objective type entrance examination.
* The duration of examination three hours and 30 minutes.
* Each and every correct answer/response awarded with one mark.
* There is a provision of deduction of 0.33 marks for each and every incorrect/wrong answer.
* The examination is bilingual i.e. in Hindi and English language only.


# The distribution of total 200 marks for AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination:

* Physics : 60 marks
* Chemistry : 60 marks
* Biology : 60 marks
* General Knowledge : 20 marks

AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Science and it is the India's best institute for the medical courses.

There are many institute in the different states and admission in the colleges is on the basis of the entrance examination. The examination is conducted by the AIIMS itself as CBT.

The examination is conducted in the month of June and so as the application form for the examination is released in the month of March and April at the AIIMS official website. The application form for the 2016 examination is not released yet. So for any more updates for the examination visit at the www.aiimsexam.org.
