After completion of your 12th standard with PCM stream from RBSE Board, you can pursue higher studies in Bachelor's degree courses like B.E/B.Tech, B.A, B.Sc., BBA, etc.,. To be eligible to join in Civil Services, you must have completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university. So, I suggest you to opt any course of your interest whether it is B.Sc or B.A or B.E/B.Tech course. After completion of your Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, you are eligible to apply for Civil Services examination.

RBSE stands for Rajasthan board of secondary education.
As you completed your secondary education from PCM stream then you have to take the bachelor's degree like B.Sc or B.A. After that you will be eligible to be give civil services examination like UPSC,SSC, income tax department,UDC and many more.
Among B.sc and B.A I would prefer to choose B.A because the syllabus of civil services is according to the prescribed syllabus of B.A. So, taking bachelor's degree from arts will be an advantage for you.

You can opt for economics hons. because it has a wide a scope now a days, also in civil services examination like UPSC maximum number of questions are based on economics. You can also take master's degree like MBA from the top institutions like IIM.

So, I will prefer to choose B.A rather than B.Sc afterwards it all depends on your interest.B.Sc isn't bad at all.

To join civil services, you need to be a graduate. So it actually doesn't matter what stream you choose.
I suggest you choose the stream that you like and enjoy the most. Not to deter you, but in case you can not clear civil service exam(considered to be the most difficult one to crack), at least you will be in your preferred field and can make great advances in that field since you enjoy it.
However when in graduation, you must be try to gain good knowledge in other subjects as well. It will help you in cracking the civil service exam.
