What kind of posts are available in Civil Services for B.Sc(Mathematics) candidate?


Hello,
I am doing B.Sc with Mathematics.
I want to join Civil Services in future.
So, tell me about the post which I can
apply as a B.Sc candidate in Civil Services.
Please help me to know about this.

The candidate can select the post at the time of registration. But, the posts are available in Civil Service will be assigning based on rank secured in the entrance examination followed by personal interview.

  • Indian P & T Accounts & Finance Group
  • Indian Audit & Account Service
  • Indian Revenue Service ( Custom & Central Excise)
  • Indian Defence Account Service
  • Indian Revenue Service (I.T)
  • Indian Ordance Factories Service
  • Indian Postal Service
  • Indian Civil Account Service
  • Indian Railway Traffic Service
  • Indian Railway Personnel Service
  • Indian Defence Estate Service
  • Indian Information Service
  • Indian Trade Service
  • Indian Corporate Law Service
  • Armed Forces Head Quarter Civil Service

Eligibility Criteria:

-Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
-Final year of degree course may also apply.
-Age should be between 21 years and 32 years as on 1st August of the year of examination.
-Upper age limits is applicable for reserved categories.

Yes, you can apply for Civil Service exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university then you are eligible for Civil Services exam.

Your age should be in between 21 years to 30 years for general candidates. Age relaxation is given below -

5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman
