Which stream is best in M.Tech after B.Tech from CSE?


I done my b.tech in d stream of cse and I want to do mtech. But I don’t know which stream is best in mtech. Will you please give information about it.....?

It will be good to go for CSE stream only because there is not much options you have at the moment. CSE is not related to any other engineering stream and you will not be eligible for most of the other engineering streams.

Only IT and electronics to some extent is close to your field. Try to qualify GATE and get admission in a top institute for M.Tech course.

You have completed your B.Tech degree from CSE branch and want to pursue M.tech degree.

Following are the specialization which you can opt for pursuing M.Tech course:

--Computer Science

--Formal methods in software

--Software Systems

--Information Security

--Embedded system

**In my opinion you have to do M.Tech from reputed institutes such as IISc, IIT’s NIT’s .For this you have to score good marks in the GATE exam. You will also get a stipend of 12400 too after getting admission in IIT / NIT or any AICTE approved institution.
