Can NIOS student study Accountancy Honours in Delhi University?


Respected Sir/Madam,
I am interested to study Accountancy Honours in Delhi University. But I am from NIOS Board. So, kindly tell me that I can study Accountancy Honours in Delhi University as I am from NIOS background?

Yes, NIOS student can study Accountancy Honours in Delhi University.
Candidate must have passed 12th class from any recognised board in order to apply for admission in Accountancy Honours in Delhi University. NIOS is well recognised by HRD Ministry of Indian Government.
Age of candidate must be above 17 years.

NIOS is a recognised by every college/university. Certificate issued by NIOS is recognised by every Institution. So you need not worry about it. All you need to think about is your percentage of marks because colleges affiliated under university of Delhi ask for high percentage of marks. Recent trend shows that the merit list starts from 100% with candidates scoring full 100 in Maths and Accountancy. So try to keep as much higher marks as possible for making your chances higher to get selected.
