Procedure to study PhD in Germany for MS candidate?


Dear Sir/Madam,
I am doing MS in VLSI System Design and I am interested to do PhD in Germany. I don't know the procedure to apply. Please provide me details which can help me out.

You can apply for GRE if you are interested in doing Ph.D from a foreign university after completing your M.S. Admission in reputed universities will be based on the performance in GRE.

In addition you need IELTS/TOEFL score also to prove your English proficiency which is required because courses are offered in English medium.
