How to apply for English Olympiad exam directly for class 7 or class 8?

I'm studying in class 7 and I want to apply for Olympiad exam directly without the help of my school. How can I apply for English Olympiad directly? Please, provide detail process.

The event is open to the students of classes 1st to 12th and registration are received from the schools in the prescribe pro-forma. Registration sheet for the school/students and the information booklet are posted to the schools all over India and abroad. Students should register through the school only. Individual registration by the student is not available.
