Yes, you can apply for Bank clerk & po exam.
In general for Bank Po & Clerk exams there is no minimum percentage requirements. There will be less opportunities for 12th completed candidates because for Bank Po & Clerk exams the eligibility requirements are different.

The eligibility required for studying attending bank exams is a graduation level degree in any stream from any government recognized university.
The age limit is 20 - 28 years. There is age relaxation for reserved candidates. The age limit may vary based on the bank & position.

So, it will be better if you complete your graduation level degree in any stream and then apply for the banks exams which will increase the chances of getting bank jobs.

=> For Bank PO and Clerk exams, Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university.

=> As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to appear in Bank PO and Clerk exams after 52% in 12th Commerce.

BANK PO AGE LIMIT: 21-30 years

CLERK EXAM AGE LIMIT: minimum 20 Years and maximum 28 years.

=> The age relaxation is given to reserved category candidate depending on their categories.

So, you have to pursue bachelor degree to appear for examination.

Being just a Class 12th passed candidate you are not eligible to apply for bank PO ( Probationary Officer ) or bank clerk posts at this stage as for these posts the minimum education required is a graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Percentage and stream of academics does not matter for the eligibility at above mentioned posts.

--> Apart from educational qualification, you need to have following qualifications to be eligible for bank PO and bank clerk posts :-

* You must hold the nationality of India.

* Your age must lie within 20 years to 28 years for the post of bank clerk and 21 years to 30 years for the post of bank PO. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

* You must hold good communication skills along with the basic knowledge to work on computer.

Also, for your recruitment at above mentioned posts you need to qualify bank examinations like SBI bank examination or IBPS bank examinations and for details regarding these examinations you can refer to their respective official links.

You are not eligible to appear in entrance examination for recruitment in banking jobs.

The required minimum qualification to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. There is no limitation and discipline and required minimum aggregate to appear for examination.

So, you have to complete the bachelor degree course to appear for examination. Age limit varies with examination.

--> The minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for bank clerk and bank PO posts are as below :-

i) You must be an Indian citizen.

ii) Your age must lie in between 20 years to 28 years for the bank clerk post and 21 years to 30 years for the post of bank PO posts. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

iii) You must have either completed your bachelor degree or must be pursuing final year of same degree course from a recognized university.

Now, as far as you are concerned about the possibility to apply for the bank clerk and bank PO posts being a Class 12th passed candidate with 52% marks then I would like to let you know that you are certainly eligible for the mentioned posts but once you complete your graduation degree course.

There are two entrance exam conducted at national level:

1. IBPS

2. SBI

Eligibility criteria the exam:

IBPS CWE, it stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection. The institute organizes common written examination for Post of Clerk as well as Probationary Officer for majority of public sector banks except State Bank of India.

The educational qualification for Clerk or Probationary Officer is Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum of passing percentage is required to make any candidate eligible for this exam.

Age limit is 20 to 28 years for Clerk and 20 to 30 years for Probationary Officer exam. Relaxation is available for reserved category.
