I got 45% in 12th board exam from Science stream. Now, I was thinking to take admission in any of the Diploma courses. Is it a good choice? Or, should I go for graduation directly? If Diploma is better then how to apply for it in Polytechnic colleges?

No, it will not be a good choice because of few reasons which are mentioned below:

- If you choose diploma after your 12th class education then the job opportunities will be very less in government & private sector.
- The salary given will be very low for diploma candidates.
- The educational value is high for a graduation level degrees than compared to diploma course.
- In diploma the subjects will not be explained in detail and for gaining more practical & theoretical knowledge you need to choose any graduation degree.

Based on the factors it will be better if you directly join in graduation degree for your career & job opportunities.
