please tell me the complete procedure for doing mca from delhi university?
for example -eligibility,admission form, fees etc.

For admission to the MCA programme of Delhi University candidates need to pass the Bachelor's Degree/Masters degree with at least 60% (55% for reserved category students) marks in aggregate. It is also necessary for them to have one paper in Mathematics and another in Computer Science/Statistics/Operational research/Mathematics.

Delhi University conducts a joint admission test to shortlist candidates for its MCA program. In order to appear for this test, candidates need to meet certain eligibility rules. These are as discussed below:

Candidates who have done B.Sc. Hons under 10+2+3 system of education from University of Delhi or any other recognized university and obtained 60% marks in total are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have studied B.Sc. (General) Mathematical Sciences (3 years program) with Mathematics and Computer Science or B.Sc. Applied Physical Sciences with Mathematics and Computer Science as subjects from Delhi University can also send their application. Securing 60% scores in total along with 60% marks each in Mathematics and Computer Science is important.
Candidates who have done bachelor’s degree from Delhi University with not less than 6 papers in Computer Science and 2 papers in Mathematics in a semester-wise setting or at least 4 paper in Computer Science and 1 paper in Mathematics under yearly exam format can also send their application. However, obtaining 60% marks in total and 60% scores each in Mathematics and Computer Science is a must.

MCA Is a 3 Year Post Graduate Course in Computer field and If you are Interested to get admission in MCA Course in Delhi University, then for this you have to apply for the Entrance Examination and After Clear the entrance examination you will get admission in MCA On the basis of Marks and Merit.

Eligiblity Criteria -

To Apply for MCA Entrance examination you need to passed in your bachelor degree from the University of Delhi with atleast one paper in Mathematical Sciences or an equivalent degree with Minimum 60% Marks.

OR

If You have completed your B.sc Hons Computer Science Degree course from University of Delhi or any other Recognised University with minimum 60% marks, then you are eligible to apply for MCA Course in Delhi University.

Final Year Bachelor degree course candidates are also eligible to apply for DU MCA Entrance Examinations.

Important -

The 50% seats shall be filled through an entrance examination conducted by the Department of Computer Science And Remaining 50% of the seats shall be filled on the basis of merit in the B.Sc Honors Computer Science Examination of University of Delhi.

The Fees Of Application form for General Candidates was Rs 800.

You can Obtained The Application form along with information brochure from the department OR You have To Paid the fees By Demand Draft, And the DD should be issued in the name of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at New Delhi.

The minimum eligibility for doing MCA from DU is minimum 60% marks in your graduate program of study. For doing MCA from DU you have to pass entrance exam conducted by DU every year. if your rank is in merit list you will get admitted in DU campus or any good college of Delhi.
For it you have to submit your application form which you can download from official website of DU in the month of feb., march or april. you have to send a DD of Rs. 800 in the name of DU.

The DU first conducts the entrance exam to get admission in MCA course. If you are a graduate person with math as a main subject in your 12th class you can apply for this course. After the exam you will get admission now this year the date is over now you should try for the up-coming year.

To get admission in delhi university in MCA , you have to qualified the
JAM Test, than you will be called for an interview. So, the admission in
MCA will be done on the basis of merit in JAM Test 2010 conducted by
IIT Madras. The details of admission procedure will be available on

MCA is a 3 Year Course for the students who have interest in the computer and the
programming field. This course is equivalent to Btech computer science or Information
technology as both Btech students and The MCA students work collaboratively.
