Foundation of casualty Actuarial Science, Part 1 Papers for IRDA, Insurance Institute of India consists of two sections, A and B. Section A consists of forty marks which are divided among five questions each holding eight marks. The total number of questions in this section is eight, among which the candidates need to attend five. The questions may or may not have a sub part. Section B comprises of five long answer questions among which the candidates need to attend three. The marks allotted for each question is twenty. The total mark allotted to the section is sixty. The Foundation of casualty Actuarial Science, Part 1 Papers consists of 100 marks and the total time allotted is three hours.
