See dear as you from computer science background then you have to computer languages very well for CTS.The following points will help you for CTS Preparation.....

*At least prepare two subjects very well.If you give DBMS then you will get prefarance.
*At least prepare two Computer Languages very well.If you give C and Java then you will get prefarance.
*Fluent in English spoken power
*problem solving approach
*well mannered etc..
