The VIT University offers various undergraduate as well as post graduate program in Engineering department. Following are the Fee structure of Engineering programs:

B.Tech

• Tuition Fee - Rs. 89,000 per annum
• Special Fees - Rs. 21,000 per annum
• Total Fee - Rs. 1,10,000 per annum

[One time payment of Admission fee Rs. 10,000 and caution deposit [refundable] Rs. 3000 will be extra]

M.S. [Software Engineering]

• Tuition Fee - Rs. 65,000 per annum
• Special Fees - Rs. 10,000 per annum
• Total Fee - Rs.75,000 per annum

M.Tech

• Tuition Fee - Rs. 1,25,,000 per annum
• Admission Fee - Rs. 5,000 [one time]
• Special Fee - Rs. 13,500.
