Sir, What is the procedure of registering to cpt?..please tell me the procedure for registration for it

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India conducts the CPT- Common Proficiency Test for the course of Chartered Accountant. To register for the CPT you have to pay the requisite fee and get enrolled. The CPT fee is Rs. 1500. To get more information refer the official link of the website; http://icai.org

i was registered for PE II in 2001, i have completed my article ship training under C.A. Firm, but i have not cleared any exam at that time. I want to rejoin & give exam pls guide me how i can do it
