Dear aspirant,

These posts Divisional Accountant, Auditor and Income Tax officer are filled by exam known as SSC CGLE ( Combined Graduate Level Examination). SSC is Staff Selection Commission which conducts this exam.

The notification for this exam usually comes in the month of May/June.

Eligibility for SSC CGLE:

Graduate in Any discipline from a recognised university.

Note that for Divisional Accountant you shoud be B.Com.

The age should be between 18 to 27 years of you are general category.

There is age relaxation for SC/ST for 5 years , OBC for 3 years and physically handicapped for 10 years.

Mode of Selection :

The selection is based on the objective type papers and personal interview.

Questions Paper Pattern:

TIER I: This will be 200 marks objective paper having 4 sections which are Arithmetic Aptitude, General Intelligence, General Knowledge and English language skills. This paper is of 2 hours duration.

TIER II: Those who pass TIER I are only allowed for TIER II. It is a 400 marks paper.
There will be two paper which are Quantitative Methods and English language and comprehension.

The is another paper for those who have applied for Statistical Investigator post. The paper is of Statistics.

Interview: If you qualify above papers you will be called for interview.

You can apply for this exam through SSC website http://ssc.nic.in

You can pay the fee through bank challan or SBI net banking.

So you can apply for this exam in the next year .
