Can I get admission for M.Tech course in IIT Roorkee or IIT Delhi with a score of 316, marks of 32 in GATE Exam being an SC candidate?


I am sc candidate my gate 2012 marks is 32 and score is 316 can i get iit roorkee or iit delhi please reply
