well its depends on you what you want to do in future but for your answer i would like to suggest you that you should complete your Msc in chemistry, its one of the most easiest subject and so many career options too and yeah if you have an intrest in biology so you can also complete your Msc in zoology too(if you have an intrest in biology) but i would like you to complete your Msc in chemistry

Well, you should do masters in that subject in which you are interested or else you may go for that subject in which you have scored more as compared to another subjects.
