Commerce graduates with 50% or more marks in graduation, are eligible for admission
in the Chartered Accountant (CA) Course.
Therefore, you are eligible for the for admission the course.

The course comprises of
-Competence Proficiency Test (CPT)
-Integrated Proficiency Competence Course (IPCC)
-Articled Training and Final Course.

Graduates are not supposed to take CPT. You can directly register for IPCC.
Go to the ICAI webiste and download the registration form for IPCC course to register.

http://www.icai.org/

The IPCC is divided into two groups. You can take both group exams in the same session
or different sessions according to your preparation status but you will have to mention
the same in your application.

After taking both group exams you can undergo 3 year Articled Training and after
completion of the training you can apply for Final Course exam.

As you have completed B.Com course with 61% of marks, you eligible to join CA course.

CA stands for Chartered Accountancy course and which is one of the top professional course in the field of Commerce.

Candidates who have completed CA course are getting job opportunities in top companies with good salaries in present scenario.

In order to complete CA course, the following would be the phases,
CPT Exam
IPCC
CA Final

You need to work under an existing chartered accountant and have to perform articleship.

But it is not so easy to complete all these phases successfully.

I have seen many of the candidates who are taking years and years of time in order to complete CA course.

So, opt for this course if you are really good at your acdemics.

Otherwise, I will suggest you to opt for MBA course at your Post Graduation level. This will provide you good number of job opportunities.

Even after completion of this course also, if you want to have job opportunities in MNCs., you should be having good subject knowledge and strong communication skills.

Wish you all the best.
