i want to join navy . i pass 10th in 2012 and join diploma course in under of Karnataka university . now i am studying electronics and communication there is there any opportunity to join navy after passing this course ?

If you are in andhrapradesh the government of polytechnic board in ap conduct entrance exam after you will get good rank you are in good college.

For Diploma Pass out candidates,you will have to apply for Artificer Apprentices/Direct Entry Artificer Officers.This exam is conducted by the Indian Navy.

Only Unmarried Indian Male candidates will be eligible to apply for this exam.

Age Required :-

1. For Artificer Apprentices - Between 15 years to 18 years.
2. For Direct Entry Artificer - Between 18 years to 22 years.

Educational qualification required :-

• Candidates should be passed out in class Xth with Maths and Science and have a minimum of 65% marks .
• Candidates should have a 3 years Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecommunication/Aeronautical/Ship Building with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.

Selection Process :-

1. Written Test.
2. Personality Test and Personal Interview.

Written test will have questions from :-


-->>Science.
-->>Maths.
-->>English.
-->>General Knowledge.


Personality Test will include these activities :-


~One Mile(1.6 kms) to be completed in 7 minutes.
~20 times sits ups.
~10 push ups.
