As you have completed diploma in civil engineering you are eligible for architecture engineering course through the lateral entry scheme offered by engineering colleges in India.
In this scheme, you can get admission for the second year in the engineering course on the condition that you should have either completed diploma in Engineering or BSc course.

Most of the engineering Institute in India offer lateral entry scheme .They reserve around 15% seats every year for this entry scheme. The process of giving admission is different for each university, while some may ask you to appear in lateral entry Engineering Test(LEET).
