I have completed my 12th with 53%. I have 1 year of gap and now I am studying Information & technology. Can I apply for Australia? Can I get Visa success for Australia? If yes, then how much marks should I secure in IELTS? If no, then which country will be the option for me ?

For admission in Australia, your class 12th marks are not an hindrance. You have to perform well in the IELTS/TOEFL and other entrance exam for getting admission.

Anything above 5.5 bands in IELTS is acceptable by most of the universities but admission will be possible only when you perform well in the university entrance exam.

Hello, I have appeared in ielts exam and I got 7.5 in listening , 6.5 in speaking , but unfortunately 4.5 in reading as well as writing modules therefore my overall band is 6.
