I have completed 2 with non medical ( PSEB ) with 58.22% marks . Can I get a visa with this minimum percentage?

The basic qualification required to get a study visa abroad is that you must have completed your class 12 with at least 60% of marks from any recognized university.

Since it is difficult to get a student visa as you have low marks of percentage. Your academic performance is important because it is one of the factors used to choose students at many foreign colleges. Yet, just because you have poor grades does not prevent you from studying abroad.*

Students who do not meet the academic standards for abroad colleges have a variety of possibilities. Numerous colleges and universities provide foundational or bridging programs, which, upon successful completion, may enable students to enter undergraduate programs right away.

No percentage criteria in 12th standard is required to apply for student visa. Candidates who have completed 12th standard from any recognised board or those who have appeared, qualified and secured good marks in TOEFL / IELTS examinations are eligible to apply for student visa.
The chance of getting visa depends upon your answers to the questions raised by visa interviewers. If the visa interviewers satisfies with your answers then, your visa will be approved and you can go to abroad for pursuing your higher studies.
