I have do Ilets after 10th class and i will apply for canada Visa yes or no answer me sir please

Yes. You can give IELTS exam after class 10 to apply for a Canada visa.

Also, You must receive a minimum of 5.5 bands overall and 6.0 or more in each of the four IELTS sections for undergraduate courses in order to qualify for a Canada Student Visa. To study in Canada for graduate courses, you must receive a score of 6.5 bands, with a minimum of 6.0 in each of the four components.

It is not mandatory to take the IELTS. There are a few Universities that will accept you without an IELTS.

There are some of those Universities:-

Brock University
Carleton University
University of Winnipeg
University of Regina
Memorial University
Concordia University.

So though you could possibly accepted at a University without an IELTS, it's probably a good idea to make sure your English skills are developed enough to actually profit from going to a University in Canada.
