hello everyone
if no sholarship below 80% what is the
fee structure in abroad of a students
who gets 66% in B.E.(mechanical)?
will ielts help us to get sholarship? if so how much?

The fee structure for any student, will depend on his course and the university in which he wants to get admission. That's because the fee structure for every course will differ from one university to another university, depending upon its course structure and facilities offered by university.
When we consider scholarships, Universities will offer scholarships to only few students by considering various aspects like Graduation percentage, GRE score, IELTS score, etc. So, you cannot get Scholarship only with the help your IELTS score. And mostly students who have above 70 percentage will get scholarships.
