I am 12th arts student and want to pursue my further bachelor's degree from abroad university. is it compulsory to get bachelor's degree from ugc university only for appearing civil service exam? please help.

Yes, you can appear for Civil service exams, even if you have completed your Bachelor's degree in Aboard. As per eligibility criteria, any candidate who have completed their graduation from a recognized university for Civil service exam.

Eligibility Criteria:-
1. Candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. Candidate must have completed his/her Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
3. Candidates age should be above 21 years and below 30 years, whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible for age relaxation as per government rules.
