Being a CSE student can I do MS in Abroad? And in what way I should achieve MS in USA? Please help me to get the information asap.

Yes you can do MS being a CSE Student.
You need to clear both GRE and TOEFL Entrance Examinations.
Once you have done that you will have to clear a Personal Interview and you will be able to take admission to the course of MS in the University of your choice on the basis of the marks that you have obtained in the Entrance Examination.
This is what you should do to get admission to the course of MS.
You must study for both the Entrance Examinations.
