The course is approved by the AICTE and government of Orissa and the medium of instruction is English. For seeking admission to this course, candidates must be graduates in any discipline with mathematics as a subject at the higher secondary level. Admission is done based on the rank secured by the students in the Orissa Joint Entrance Examination and some of the seats are filled based on management quota seats. The admission capacity for this course is 60 students per year.

Bachelor of Computer Applications:

The Bachelor of Computer Applications course offered by the Gajapati Institute of Management extends to a period of three years and it is affiliated to the Berhampur University. The course is approved by the government of Orissa and the medium of instruction is English. For seeking admission to this course, candidates must be have completed their 10+2 in any stream of education or even diploma in Engineering holders can apply to this course. Direct admission is offered to this course and admission is done on first cum first serve basis. The admission capacity for this course is 30 students per year.
