The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University was established by the Government of New Delhi under the 1998 act of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It has been recognized by the University grants Commission of India. Within a very short period of time, this University has emerged as one of the leading Universities of the world. Structure of GGSIPU CET LLM

The exam consists of 150 questions. Each question carries four marks, thus it makes a total of 600 marks. One mark is reduced for each incorrect answer.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should hold a LLB degree from any recognized university of India or an equivalent degree from any foreign university with not less than 50% marks.

The candidates  those who wish to  apply for GGSIPU CET LLM can obtain the application form from the institutes which are  under  GGSIPU by paying an amount of Rs 1000/-. One can also   obtain the application form by sending an envelope along with a demand draft. Candidates can also apply online by logging in to the GGSIPU website (ipu.admissionhelp.com)

How to fill the Form?

The Candidates should take utmost care while filling up the form. The candidates are advised to go through the information booklet before filling the form. Candidates can use a pencil or a pen to fill the form. The information should be entered in block letters.  The applicants should also submit their recent passport size photograph along with signatures on the space provided. Don’t forget to take a Xerox copy of the application form after successful completion for future references.

Study Plan

As these kinds of examinations are becoming highly competitive now a day, one should follow a systematic study in order to get a pass. There are certain simple tips illustrated below to follow while you prepare for the examination.

• Collect and work out on previous question papers. This provides you with an overall idea of the               examination.
• Start reading international newspapers so as to improve the English vocabulary
• Study the subjects at least for four hours a day.
• The one of the most important thing to do is to figure out an effective study plan.
• Follow the study plan accurately as it helps you in achieving your goals.
• The study plan should be stress free as well as effective.
• Allot the time in a sensible manner
• For the ease of studying divide the whole syllabus into small sections.
• Try to complete each section within the allotted time
• Take breaks between studies as it helps in increasing the concentration
• Revise the entire portions at least twice before the examinaton
